So my cell phone broke and right now I'm borrowing my mom's cell phone from ohhh......6 years ago. I get my financial aid and my first paycheck from my assistantship next Wed so I was going to buy a new cell phone. I am a little rough on them though and don't know if the iPhone will hold up to me. It would stay in my purse and probably get hit by my wallet, keys etc...

Does anyone have an iPhone and can you tell me how durable it is? I really like them and think it would be cool to have but I don't want to buy a phone like that and then break it on accident a week later.

I have the IPhone 3G and never had a problem with it. I bought a rubberized cover for it and a screen clear cover for smudges and stuff. It sits in my purse and has it's own little pocket.

What I like is the fact that it doesn't dial out on you (screen locks after so much time). I love my IPhone.

I vote for it. By the way, I bought my son one too before the new one came out and he loves the features as well. Good luck.
