I would like some feedback from those of you that use Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T for their cell phones.

I am using Cricket right now but am looking to change to one of the four listed. I am drawn to T-Mobile because of the friends and family thing, that thing where you can pick 5 people that you call frequently and they are free. I know Verizon has that too but not in my calling tier. I am looking $39.99.

Any help from you guys would be helpful.

Jan

I would go with T Mobile, I have been with them for 4 years and they recently rewarded me for being a loyal customer with the loyalty plan, which comes to $12 less a month than I had been paying..

They are pretty lenient if your bill is not paid quite on time, too, I know this

The only thing is T Moblie's reception is not as good as Verizon's...I do not know if you plan any trips to mountainous areas that has been my particular problem, when I visit my mother.

Good luck!

I have T Mobile also. Where I live coverage is kind of iffy. right in town I have no reception but you have to consider I live in a pretty remote area. I do like them though!
June congrats on unlimited now! woo hoo! I have only had them since about January this year so I have a ways to go yet. lol

I have AT&T plus Verizon. AT&T is cheaper for me, but the dropped calls are way higher. I can be in the grocery store and not get signal. Verizon is good, but expensive.

T-Mobile is not as common in my area. Good luck.

I have verizon and I like it but a lot of my friends and family also have verizon and those calls are free. I have had some reception issues but considering the areas I was in that would be normal.

I had Sprint and found their customer service (for everything) horrible!!!

I had T-Mobile, and my reception was terrible!!!

I'm been with AT& T since June. Loving their customer service, and only 1 issue with reception.

Thanks for all your responses...keep 'em coming. It is helping me narrow down my company to use.

We just got Verizon here it was strictly Alltell in fact in Little Rock we had Alltell Arena for sporting events and concerts. It is now being called Verizon Arena.

I'm a former Alltel customer, now with Verizon. I'm not sure that I like the switch. The calling plan that I have now is 39.95 with 700 minutes. I also get one my circle number. It looks like if I wanted to upgrade my phone, my calling plan wouldn't be as good. What Verizon has for that same rate is 450 minutes. I called Verizon and the person I talked to claimed I could keep the calling plan that I'm on. But I don't see anything about that on their website.

jbug, I would be interested to find out which company you pick.

Dwayne
