I baked 24 snickerdoodle cookies tonight. Took a quick run to WalMart and there are only 5 left on the cooling rack. Now who do I blame? My son who is pretending to be sleeping or the fat cat in my recliner?

I had one of those the year my Toll House cookies kept disappearing. I never found out who it was but I remember it well cuz that's the year I also gained 6 pounds at Christmas. Glad to hear someone else has the same problem.

The boy did it!!!

possum220, a snickerdoodle is a wonderful cinnamon and sugar cookie. Pepperidge Farm makes them very yummy (8 in a bag), but homemade cookies are always the best. The PF ones are soft and chewy; I don't know if snickerdoodles are normally hard, crunchy cookies, but I like soft and chewy cookies.
