I may take some time off from PC. I just think that a lot of people don't get what I'm saying and I often feel invalidated and get frustrated. One hand, I realize that just happens when you communicate through the internet, but I am getting really frustrated with this. I may come back on later, but right now I feel like I'm just pissing people off.

I thought about leaving at one time before but I have no life besides going to the gym, so coming here makes me feel less lonely

I have taken forum breaks and they did me good. I could come back with a different perspective which was very helpful. I had let the forum become a too important part of my life.

I'm sorry though you feel the way you do, I can't claim I understand you because we had such different backgrounds. But I know the feeling of not being understood too well. Feeling invalidated is really sucky.

Anyway, I appreciate your posts and come back when you feel you can.

Well, I ended up not staying away after all; sometimes I get frustrated, because at times, I've posted stuff and people would respond with stuff that had nothing to do with what I was talking about. When I would try to explain that I didn't mean what they thought I meant, and try to explain what I was talking about, people would get all mad at me and offended and all.
