I suspect I'm in one of my irritable moods.
![]() I think those black lines under the eyes of football players looks silly. They say it's used to reduce glare, but I'm not a believer. If that's the case, why don't you see tennis players wearing eye black? I think football players wear it to appear intimidating, like war paint. That's what I find silly. It's not really war paint - it's not even war....their families are safe. ![]() ![]() NOW, many of the players aren't even using the grease. They are using some sort of stickers, and some of the stickers contain religious advertisements written in white! ![]() I can sort of understand the desire for "war paint," but I don't understand the point behind the religious intimidation. Why do the players wear these stickers on their faces? ![]() |

![]() I don't know why......try googling it. You would think hockey players would for sure. Lots of glare from ice. ![]()

Thanks Babysteps
![]() You know, my eyes are pretty sensitive to light - especially flourescent lighting. Maybe the next time I go see my doc I'll smudge some eye black on my cheeks. ![]() I wonder if I'll get any funny looks in the waiting room. ![]() ![]() This could work. ![]() |
