took us a bit to get here first of my sat nav wouldnt work, lucky we were outside friends, picking up daughters friend, so i borrowed a friends sat nav, made way to exeter services, but we forgot to set the settings on the sat nav to stay on main roads it took us on a backroad but managed to get bk on track after stoping at the services, until we had a problem with the rear right tyre, phoned a friend he said take it easy if any more probs phone breakdown but uckily we stopped and it solved the problam, there was a country diversion of the route we were on took us country roads for at least an hour before we got bk on track and arrived at daughters uni at 1.30am left about 6.30pm but luckiy we never had any idiots on road unes you count me

awake allready and its only 9am in for along day today as daughter wants to see picadilly circus and thats best being seen at night

trip was good got home sunday about 9ish trafic leaving london was heavier than i thought yea i know getting close to christmas, took over an hour to get fuel and get onto the motorway, didnt get to see padington sorry and never got to harrods either wanted to go to hamleys but by the time we had fought with ppl walking in oxford street and picadilly circus and trafalger square we were all tired and sore from walking

did get some pictures of the ice statue thats in trafalger square its a polar bear and there is one in coperhagen all to do with eu sumit signed up to help them, very nice young man was taking details and explaineds it in a way it wasnt boring like some ppl standing around doing stuff on streets , but this is a good cause will try put photos later
