Hi everyone!

I ran this by Sabby and doc and they said it would be ok, so here goes:

I am looking for donations of second hand toys, clothes, whatever for my 2 year old. I cant afford many gifts and this year he knows what is going on more and i dont want to dissapoint him. The problem is because i dont have main custody of him i dont get help from any of the services here like salvation army or social services. If i had main custody, i would.

So if anyone out there has anything suitable and would be willing to make a donation, that would be wonderful. I can try to help with shipping if you need me to!

Some info:

Hes almost 2
Wearing 2T(or thereabouts)
Size 6 or 7 shoes
anything toy appropriate for his age - his favorites are cars, trucks, anything that (drives mommy nuts) makes noise, music, or flashes lights...lol

Honestly though anything will do. Being its his first christmas he knows whats going on, and will be excited, I want to make sure its a good one. I know its not all about gifts, but hes had a hard year being away from me and hes such a good boy he deserves it.

If you cant donate, dont worry - just hugs and loves and cybervibes are great. If you can donate but dont want to ship or cant - please donate to your local salvation army or other place that helps needy children. Pass the love, as it is.

,

Mandie
Thanks for this!

(((Rain))) At two they're just as happy with the paper and boxes. To make yourself feel better, wrap shirts and pants separately. Age appropriate candy wrapped up will thrill him as much as the most expensive toy out there. You're worrying about it more than he is at this point, they don't get "greedy" until they are old enough to compare what they get with their peers.

Merry Christmas and good luck with your quest.
