It's been so long the last few days. Even the weather outside is sad. The clouds are in the sky the sun has hardly shined. The man I love wont be home for a couple more days. The kid and his mom will soon be home and I'll not get any rest. I have to watch with a careful eye to make sure nothing goes wrong. I'm getting fat and gaining weight yet I havent been able to keep hardly anything down in over a month. I think i'm tired and I need some sleep. The puppies are sleeping my stomach is sick I think i'm about to go lay down.

Sounds rough. Sleep is underated. Use candles and warm lighting. Create an inviting environment. Warm bubble bath and a long deep sleep.
