I just can't believe this!!
 She's a year younger than me!!! I grew up following her career from Les Miserable, to Clueless, and onward!! My heart goes out to her family and friends. This is a terrible tradgedy!! I am scared to even speculate what could have caused a 32 year old young woman to go into cardiac arrest!! Drugs? Eating Disorder? Congenital defect? Oh, how very sad. What a loss at only 32...I've been thinking a lot about her and Ashton Kutcher for the last week and a half...they were so cute together.

I couldn't believe it either. I still can't. She was amazing in Girl, Interrupted.

I can't explain my feelings toward that movie, but it's beautiful in a way that wouldn't be expected for something like that.

I'm so sad about this. Did you know she was the voice of "Luanne" on King of the Hill? I didn't realize this until reading it today. Such a talent.

She was such a beautiful and talented girl... and so young. Sending lots of love to her family... RIP Brittany.

Yes Brittany portrayed the perils and joys of mental illness so beautifully in Girl, Interrupted, a story of deep friendship in the pangs of illness..also my favorite all time movie..I loved her sweet growing up story Uptown Girls, she said in an interview that sweet character was much, much like her
 I read that the family is asking for privacy, I hope and pray that they get it, along with love for the loss of a talented actress
