My favorite subject was art . I loved to draw so much and don't know where I lost the interest . I still remember the lion I drew in grade 2 and won second prize in a contest. That was a big deal for me at the time. I wish I had of kept it , would have been nice to look at now.
My parents always said I wasted my talents . I don't know. It was just fun to me.

I loved Spanish. That's why I became a Spanish teacher. Didn't work out as I hoped, though...

Babysteps, that is quite an interesting signature you have there. I was able to read half by myself but to read it all required a mirror and my son's help. You are too funny.

Art...Hands down. It was the only subject that I didn't flunk at or struggle with.
(Got D's and F's in everything else since 3rd grade on...sigh).

When I was in 4th or 5th grade the nun's had me draw a shadow profile image of every classmate for them to use as a Christmas gift...or a parent appreciation thing (to be given to parents as gift...just can't remember for which holiday it was...waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too many decades ago....lol).

I've lost the motivation to create, as well, Chris. But I think my creativity goes in up/down cycles. This present down cycle has been the longest to date, though.

You know, my parents had always told me that I "missed my calling" BECAUSE I wasn't making money from my talent. I created out of the love of creating. I was never motivated to make money from it. I attempted to make money from my talent, but then, to me, it seemed more of a job, than being creative. It sorta removed the love of it. MY success was the act of creating and giving it away. That's what provided me gratification...

My favorite subject was always history though I must admit I loved study hall too as it was the perfect time to catch up on writing notes to my friends, LOL

In high school I took drama for one of my electives and I loved that also and oddly enough I really liked business law too. I have always been interested in Psychology so I took that in high school and I don't think the teacher did a very good job at all, one of our assignments was to bring a pillow to school and try to sleep on the hard floor so we could analyze our dreams. I can't sleep on demand.

My favourite class in high school was Fashion... which is what I'm in college for. I'm taking a Fashion Arts program, and this program is focused on the business side of fashion. I'd rather be on the creative side, but I didn't know much about the business side so I figured it would be a good thing to learn if I want to get into the fashion industry.

Oh wow!!

I never realized how many subjects I actually loved in school. My absolute favorite is Choir. I've participated in many Performance and Chamber Choirs. Otherwise it was Theatre, Psychology, Life/Earth Sciences. I always liked Math, but I had a difficult time understanding it and my teachers weren't very patient so I think that's why it's lower on the list.

Babysteps...you ask some of the best questions!!

Art! And in high school I took advanced Art. But if you are speaking of the more non-thrilling subjects... that would be history!

.....I hate everything else.

My *favorite* subject was always art because it was the most creative. The one I excelled the most at was music but the teachers were AWFUL. The bizarre little old bachelor who taught music in my high school was very peculiar and would throw temper tantrums, once picking up a chair and throwing it across the room where it bounced off the wall.

However, I never had too much trouble in any subject.

My major was Spanish. Took eight years of it, including university. Was a certified Spanish teacher. Never taught in public school because the government offered me a job working with migrant workers for a short time before I went into special investigations. Used to be bilingual but after 20 years, if you don't use it, you lose it.
