Has anyone heard of any sites such as hulu.com or tvguide.com where you can watch episodes of your favourite shows for free? Every time I try to access a site like that, it keeps telling me I can't watch the show becasue I live outside the usa. Does anyone know of any similar sites that offer free tv shows to watch for people who live outside the usa? I've been trying to find old episodes of some older shows I used to watch that they don't have on dvd yet.. and the only sites that I know of that lets Canadians watch online are global.com and ctv.com and they don't have a lot of selection like the other ones. Anyone know of any sites that offer tv shows which are legal and free for international countries? Thanks

It's a bummer that we can't watched US programs from Canada. The only thing that I have been able to make work is to go through a US proxy. Not sure it is legal but I do it once in a while for shows I really want to watch but aren't picked up in Canada like Project Runway. http://www.proxy4free.com/ has lists of proxies. You click on one in the US and there will be an address bar for you to past the location of the show you want. It will by-pass your IP and run through the proxy IP instead. I think that is how it works. I am always careful to run a virus scan afterwards just to be safe too cuz ya never know. Nothing else has worked for me.
