i am a very educated young woman who is doing PhD (doctoral) work at one of the most prestigious natural history museums in the entire world. i am obsessed with my research and i would absolutely consider myself a severely science-based academic.

but may i just say that i LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!! i don't even know why, but i could watch this for hours and hours... hell i HAVE been watching it for hours and hours today!! every since they got so famous the show is just SO MUCH more fun than it used to.

any of you having a depressive episode right now or are near catatonic, do what i do and turn on E! and just watch. its almost always on. even at my worst of worst, they can still drag a laugh out of me.

and at the end of the day, you realize life could be worse. you could be having your mistakes and embarrassments taped and shown to the entire country! and syndicated!

silver lining y'all! just thought i'd share my love

happy valentines day!

lol. I don't have a television or cable either, but I do have a bustling internet addiction and lots of television programs are free to stream online these days, so that equals an equally weighty television addiction.

I prefer to watch things like Extreme Makeover Home Edition when I'm depressed, because that REALLY reminds you of how blessed you are to have simple things, like a bed and food.

But when I'm in the mood to just be distracted, I am equally as addicted to the Bachelor as it sounds like you are to the Kardashians.

And the Price is Right is like my own personal fun house. One day I will go on that show, and the Price WILL BE Right, lol.

Wow. I used equal 3 times in this post. Two times in a row. That's fun. =P

The Kardashians is a great show for learning who NOT to be....

May we all be completely and utterly different!!!

May we all have 's and souls

And think about what we choose to say and do

As much as I crave fame at times...it is so good to live a more peaceful life

Yes, it's almost always on! I don't watch it, but I did see one episode discussing Bruce Genner's plastic surgery.... The man looks like a zombie!
