Thank ya'll so much! I hope ya'll enjoyed the game as much as we did!! You wouldnt believe the tears that were flowing. The celebration was momumental down in the French Quarter!! It was a night i'll never forget in my life. The Saints made it to the Superbeauxl and won. It happened in my lifetime. Y'll watch out cause hell is frozen over and pigs are flying!!
I'm so wiped out this morning, but i'll take it any day. lol. I can't count how many people i hugged last night. Everywhere i turned it was a love fest!! |

i go to tulane and we literally have been partying for the entire week!! who can believe that we FINALLY DID IT!!!!! who dat say de gonna beat dem saints!! man can't wait for them to come home

I was really excited to see the Saints win Chal! And I thought of you when they won! Me and my dad both jumped and started cheering. It was great to see them win, almost made up for the fact my cowboys didn't make it

Boudreaux died and was on his way down to Hell. In anticipation, the Devil turned up the thermostat to make it extra warm for Boudreaux. When Boudreaux arrived, the Devil asked, "Hey Boudreaux, how do you like the heat down here?" Boudreaux says, "Mais, it's just fine. It reminds me of Bayou PonPon in July." That made the Devil mad. That night, he turned the thermostat up all the way it could go. Man it was hot! When Boudreaux woke up, the Devil asked him, "NOW how do you like it down here?" Boudreaux says, "Mais, it's fine. It reminds me of August on Bayou Lafourche." As you might expect, that made the Devil all the more mad. Well, that night, he turned the thermostat down all the way it could go! The whole place frosted over. Icicles started forming from the rafters. When Boudreaux woke up, the Devil asked him, "How you like it NOW, Boudreaux?" Boudreaux, shivering, through blue lips, says, "Mais cher, I'm one happy Cajun!" The Devil was infuriated! He yelled, "What do you mean you're one happy Cajun?!!" Boudreaux, still shivering says, "The Saints done won the Superbowl!"

Man i love that Boudreaux joke. I havent heard a good one in awhile. And its true, hell is frozen over.lol
I went to the 'dat tuesday super parade' tonite and it was amazing. I had tears in my eyes half the time i was so full of emotion. Thank gawd i wasn't the only one. This guy next to me was crying bad. I had to give him my kleenex. I'm worn out and exhausted now. Took me two and a half hours to get home, which usually only takes 10 minutes. The news said it was a record breaking crowd. Larger than any Mardi Gras in recorded history. I was far back in the crowd but i could still see. Drew Brees was hilarious. He was dancing. Sean Payton was great. He kept holding up the Lombardi trophy so we could all see it. Just wish i coulda touched it. Thanks ya'll and i'm so happy to hear ya'll enjoyed the game as much as i did. That onside kick, huh. That did it. |
