I don't know.. Seems I've posted more this month than I ever have.. Seems I have a lot to say lately...

OK....AJ never pays or collects the utility money from everyone that lives here, that is, until the electric man is standing at the door to cut of service. He always waits for that third month bill and scrambles to collect.. Collecting for three months is a financial hardship on everyone........

SOOOOOOO I come up with the idea that we charge everyone, including AJ and myself, $130 a month flat for electric, cable and water...... Seems realistic to me..... Rather than each person scrambling for $265 electric, $80 cable and $80 water, which is approx each a 3 month bill for each.......

My way, we would even have a "profit" for the utility fund...Should someone move out and not pay or someone didn't have the money, the utilities would still be paid on time..........Profit would come from the water bill as that bill comes once every three months... SO the 3 month water bill would be paid monthly, giving us a profit of $200...which of course, would go in the utility fund....

I see nothing wrong with this...You ask once for utilities, not three times per month.. Everything gets paid and some left over.......... AJ and his dad aren't in agreement with me...... so do it your way....I sure would rather pay $130 a month than $425 every three months........

Shrugs shoulders.........I think my idea is great... We aren't "screwing" over anyone........ utilities are paid..... folks are happy to pay one amount ($130) All would be hunky dory.... plus a few dollars extra for the utility pot.........makes sense to me...

I don't know why I wrote this here.. lol........AJ and his dad are like talking to a tree..... maybe it is because a woman came up with the idea.....I'd rather have extra in the utility fund than have folks run out and not pay.. Which is what has already happened to AJ.. One of his friends took off with out paying two months of utilities........so AJ had to pay it..
