I don't think anything's helping me right now. Not even forums etc. I have to leave here for a while. I need to concentrate on recovery. I'm sorry everyone

I hope you all continue to do well...

Sorry you are having such a rough time right now. I hope you find what you need. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself.

{clings to TPND} please be kind to yourself, maybe if you used the forums to just track your progress and emotions? At any rate I hope you return soon and do some self-discovery while you're taking a break from PC.

Thank you so much for your messages everyone. I will be dropping in every now and then with (hopefully) success stories, so I won't be completely gone.

Today has been a hard day, but I have got a lot done already. I went to my Dr, sorted out some more counselling, got put back on my meds, went to see the friends I hadn't seen in ages and even spoke to my Manager at work about a lot of things, he was so, so helpful. You all have been

Thanks again everyone

Today has been a very difficult day. I cooked myself a sweet and sour turkey stir dry for my tea and ate almost half of it, and nearly purged a few times. But I resisted. So I'm doing good there.

Connor and I have talked more and I feel a lot more able to go on with my therapy and talk to him about how it's going etc. Of course, I am extremely worried about weight gain..

I have stood up for mysef and taken contro,l in a positive way, along with seeing my GP and going back on meds despite how against that I was and sorting out more counselling
