I know this may seem duuhhish to some, but I had to laugh lol.
My husband comes out of the bathroom before holding the toilet bowl cleaner asking how do I open this? I said see the lines on the side of the lid? push in on those and twist. He rolled his eyes and turned around ... I said .. its a safety feature for kids lol.. He turned around and gave me " the look" lol .. I had to laugh...
