Hi everyone.
I go IP for a month long program for depression & anxiety at my local psych hospital, tomorrow. But I won't be disappearing completely. We're allowed to bring laptops so I'll have net access while I'm in, although I imagine i'll be pretty busy with groups during the day. Plus i get to come home on weekends, so I'll be on-line then. I'm a little nervous about it. But am also looking forward to it, as I hope to learn new coping skills. --splitimage |
