No. If you notice, the length and the width is completely different. On average, the two feet together will still be narrowe than the length. And now i am feeling super pathetic for being geeky enough to actually know this answer.

My Hubbies are like the first feet! We say it's to keep his Finnish ancestors from sinking into the snow! They are so wide, but they are hardly longer than mine! A real Snow shoe bunny!
