I was at my friend's last night, and as I don't know exactly how long he's going to be here, I decided to get him and his wife an early Christmas/ late wedding gift (they needed a microwave). I got nice little suprise; I was able to actually hold my goddaughter, and we were all suprised with how comfortable she was with me holding her. Holding a laughing baby can really lighten you...

What a lovely thing to do for them and for you with your goddaughter. It's so nice to have these moments. You reminded me of my first moments with mine and my niece, thank you, always cherished and good feelings. I never want to let them go. I'm so happy for you and the treasured moments you'll now have too.
Thanks for this!

One of my simple pleasures is the first cup of coffee in the morning...after I've spent time reading my book all cozy in my blankets!

A perfectly clean house.

Hot sauce.

The quiet.

Warm showers in the winter and cool showers in the summer.

A toilet that flushes on the first try WITHOUT holding the button down for a min straight.

A really great book, movie, or song.

Laying next to your significant other while they are sleeping and they roll toward you and through their arm around you.

Walking into a short line.

Having a full tank of gas and some money in the bank, even if you chose to go nowhere.

I can go on and on.....
