There are so many groups here at PC. How many do you participate in? I start to participate here and there then forget where I posted. Sometimes I have to look at my profile to see where I've been. How sad is that? But I'm trying! It was a new year's resolution to come out and participate more. I think I'm doing good. I'm making friends!

I think the medications have affected my memory.

LOL!!! I think you're doing great!!!! I agree it can quickly become overwhelming if we join too many things. And the last thing we need is additional stress in our life!! I would just try and pace yourself and only participate in the things that you genuinely want to participate in. I think I belong to two groups, but I don't post there every day. It's important not to feel pressured!! It's great you're making friends!!!

I've had to limit myself. Sometimes I feel bad bc some of the groups I literally never read. I guess I just feel like I have absolutely no knowledge of or experience with schizoaffective disorder. So me reading and attempting to respond would not really help anyone. So I try to pick the ones I that I actually think I can contribute to. Otherwise I would have to skip school and work haha (so maybe I SHOULD start reading all of them)
