i am not fluent english but hope you can help me to understand each other
i want to talk about stress how stress really generated in daily life and how i cope with that. how many stressors can be around us, discuss with me or answer me

I feel stress when someone hurts me, misunderstands me, when I am at work, when there is a lot of things to accomplish, when I am bored, when I'm angry, when things just do not seem to go 'right' in my life...grr..

What kinds of things stress you out? Hugs to you
