Instead of me posting another thread about my health issues, I thought I would post something positive instead. It has been in the upper 60's to upper 70's the past couple of days here in Kansas, USA. I am in a wheelchair and love to go outside to get fresh air. One of my favorite activities is to take my wonderful dog, Sydney, out to play ball. That is one of her MOST favorite activities! I get a bit of a work out and she does as well. Today, we went out early because it was so nice out (I was also afraid later on I would be too tired to do it). It was so funny! At one point I threw one of her tennis balls and she didn't follow it. I couldn't find it and neither could she - LOL! The last throw I did for her wound up across the street. She didn't follow it (again) and I just couldn't get her to go across the street to go it. It was so funny and it was after I decided it was time to go in. Besides, I was out of tennis balls - LOL! I hope everybody has good St. Patrick's Day! Hugs!

I worked for five years at a health and racquet club. My biggest joy there was saving up used tennis balls, those balls with no hope of being used again. I would turn buckets of them over to dog owners. So gratifying!! Many times I could tell you the name of the dog, but not the owner
