I stopped in the store to pick up a few small items to make a gift bag, and decided to get some chocolate candies. I took the first piece out of its foil wrapper and this is what I saw: "Be good to yourself." I offer the same words to you.

Be good to yourself.

Even if you're out of the habit, for today be good to yourself. Treat yourself kindly and with love, because you deserve it (oh, yes you do.) Maybe it won't be through candy. Maybe it will be patting yourself on your arm. Or smiling. Or getting outside for a walk (puddles are for splashing, dry leaves are for crunching, flowers are candy for your eyes). Or saying hello to someone else (my favorite) who is standing or sitting alone. Thanks for reading my post.
Thanks for this!
