The greatest degree of inner tranquility comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being.
- Tenzin Gyatso, 14th Dalai Lamat

(To my friends out here... I'm sorry I'm silent right now... I'm thinking of you. I wish for you to find the power needed to go on day by day... walking towards brighter days. )

Kind hearts are the gardens,
Kind thoughts are the roots,
Kind words are the flowers,
Kind deeds are the fruits,
Take care of your garden And keep out the weeds,
Fill it with sunshine, Kind words, and Kind deeds.”

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882);
Poet

Heartwispers, it is ok to rest and be silent a bit. But try to get yourself talking again, thats what I do. I do exactly what your quote says and it really helps. You have a kind heart, sharing it will help to heal it. Lots of people here that need some kind thoughts from that kind heart of yours.
Read purplefins quote too wisper.

Sometimes silence is the only healer when words have fled... The silence will turn into a voice and written words... when the times is right. By posting this thread... I wanted to share the quote above as a beautiful description of truth concerning the growth and use of empathy. I also wished to use the few returning words I've got for now to let others know that they are thought of. My heart goes out to those in need.

Thank you for your caring words, Open Eyes!

Your welcome HeartWhispers we are here to listen, in both compassion and receiving compassion. Nice picture, I don't know how to do that yet.
Both your quote and purple fins quote are good posts, something that others and look upon and remember that they do have some care to give and are worth while.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
'The weirdest thing happened the other morning. I woke up with one tear in my eye and another rolling down my cheek. I know that I must have been dreaming about you.'

'If I had to choose between loving you and breathing, I'd use my last breath to say I LOVE YOU.'

'Some people say you can't live without love; I think oxygen's more important.'

'You're a great friend. But if the zombies find us, I'm tripping you.'

'Good evening Mycroft. Try not to start a war before I get home. You know what it does to the traffic.'

'Shut up.'
'I didn't say anything!'
'You were thinking. Its annoying.'

'Cardiff?
'It's obvious isn't it?
'It's not obvious to me.'
'Dear god. What must it be like in your funny little brains? It must be so boring.'

'BRILLIANT! YES! Four serial suicides and now a note. Oh, it's Christmas!'

'Freak's here. Bringing him in.''

'Fantastic!
'You know you keep doing that out loud?
'Oh yeah.. I'll shut up.'

'We've got ourselves a serial killer! Love those. Always something to look forward to.'

'According to someone, the murderer has case and we find it in the hands of our favourite psychopath.'
'I'm not a psychopath, Anderson, I'm a highly functioning scociopath, do your research.'

'Are these human eyes?'
'Put those back!'
'They were in the microwave!'
'It was an experiment!'

'Shut up, everyone! Shut up! Don't move, don't speak, don't breathe! Anderson, turn your back you're putting me off.'

'So we can read her email. So what?'
'Don't speak out loud, Anderson, you lower the IQ of the whole street.'

'Why have a got a blanket? They keep putting this blanket on me.'
'It's for shock.'
'But I'm not in shock.'
'Yeah, but some of the guys want to take photographs.'
'.....So the shooter, no sign?'
'No he must have left before we arrived. But i guy like that must have had enemies i suppose. One might have followed him. Other than that we have nothing to go on.'
'Oh, I wouldn't say that.'
'Okay... gimme.'
'The bullet they just dug out of the wall was from a handgun. That kind of a weapon over that kind of distance, we're looking at a crack shot. So his hands couldn't have shaken at all. So clearly, he's acclimatised to violence. He didn't fire until i was in immediate danger so strong moral principal you're looking for a man with military service and nerves of steel....'
He looks at John Watson
'Actually, ignore me.'
'Sorry?'
'Ignore all of that. It's the...er...shock talking...'
'Where are you going?'
'To talk...about the...rent.'
'But I've still got questions!'
'What now?!I'm in shock. Look, I've got a blanket!'
'Sherlock!'
'And I just caught you a serial killer... more or less.'

(TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. In Other Words, If you Don't Know What I'm On About, This Isn't For You. I'm Sorry But This Is Just AMAZING. Hope You Don't Mind, I Just Had To. After All, You Found My Special Place :P)
Think Different - "Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.
How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?
While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do."

I absolutely love that line! The beauty is there, sometimes we just need to look deep to find it. Thank you Angel!
