Every done that before, where you watched a horror movie, or played a survival horror video game before you go to bed then you just get jumpy

I was playing Resident Evil for the Gamecube and I'll say,
I was pretty jumpy that I barely got sleep.

I can't watch some movies at night either before bed; get too riled up and can't sleep. Sometimes it isn't even horror, it could be something that was pyschologically intense (suspense, drama, etc.). I just know I can't do this anymore, so I try to plan for other times for these.

Oh yeah plenty of times. I actually think its accounted for a lot of my hypervigilance. I really need to cut back!
