[iamspecial]

I have been thinking for a while now of changing my username but im not sure if i should or not. what do you all think? should i change it or keep it like it is?

you prob will want to know what i want to change it too but my honest answer is i dont know yet...not come up with one (well one that people will be happy with anyway)

Any comments? i will be very greatful for anyones thoughts on it

I like your user name, because it shows that you are someone Special, and someone who believes in themselves, and someone who is very caring, when I first joined and saw your user name, I was like, "That person seems like a pretty good person/friend" So thats why I ended up talking to you, if you did change your user name, would it be on the lines of something positive like the user name you have? You could also put in your signature formally known as IAmSpecial, just for the first few weeks while people adjust to your user name!! Do you have a user name in mind at the moment? 's
Anyway, we can't make the decision weather you wish to change your name or not, but just remember you will always be SPECIAL, don't forget that

Thank you **Angel** but im not special (aka my name was notspecial when i joined here) i do not believe in myself i changed it to this b/c others didnt like notspecial and i was given this name by a special person on here (toothlesslady) so i changed it and am learning to live with this name...its just this name i think really doesnt fit me. i really want my old name back but thats just taking steps backwards not forwards so im trying my best to think of a really good one or i am just going to keep it like it is....i dont want to confused people or upset them. i dont have one yet **Angel** not a good one anyway....s back!! you are special **Angel** not me sweetie....talk soon

Hello, TheByzantine. Thank you for your comment....i just dont know what to do...if i should or not....thank you for saying i am even though you dont know me....i might keep the special part its just the iam that im not keen on (some people think of cat/dog food with iams) thank you.

i think it should be George , but that's my honest opinion, hahaha! seriously i love your name, but it's a choice of yours , whatever name your choose it won't change the fact that i love you for who you are not the name you choose to be known as here.

iamspecial.... i feel that you want to change your username because you don't feel that it's "you". I think that for that reason, you "should" leave it the way it is because I think that you need to feel special (wouldn't it be great if all of us did?) and saying something or reading something can help us believe in it, so by keeping the username, you will be telling yourself, over and over, that you are special and you might end up believing in it.

Remember when you were a kid, how you probably thought you were special, had super powers or could see things that nobody else could? I think feeling special is going back to that amazing "can do" attitude. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, this is wrong information, that is, unless it has changed since I was admin. As far as I know, members can request more than one name change. Of course, there may be times when the admin may deny a name change for specific reasons. Anyone is welcome to pm a mod/admin regarding a name change at any time.

My suggestion would be to think over the change for a bit longer. Since you are still unsure of wanting to change it and what to change it to, give yourself some time to mull it over.

Thank you GrayOwl.....and yes you are right i feel its not me and i deffo do not feel special and i cant believe i changed my name from notspecial to iamspecial....but i did and well i just feel its not right for me (even though people tell me it is) it would be great if we all did feel sepcial but when you are being crushed by people who you thought would care about you its very hard to believe. one day we shall see if i do but till then i really dont.

yeah i remember when i was little and being able to wake from the dead (mums and dads with being killed but rising again being stronger than ever), super powers and all the things children think and believe. Just thinking of them now is kinda making me wish i was there again....where i had the one person who looked after me and protected me from harm....being able to do anything without caring of what would happen...the imagination i had....i miss it.....a lot...you have me thinking of them now and how i felt (not felt this in ages, its kinda strainge) i will see.
