The Oregon legislature recently passed, under cover of darkness, a law prohibiting anyone from pilfering the mental health of another person (popularly known as the Anti-Pilfering Mental Health law). Governor Kitzhaber is expected to sign the law. Details of this law and how it will affect family life are unknown, since (I feel certain) no information about it can be found online or via any other media.

 I read where APMH stands for Adult Psychiatric Mental Health... is the anti-pilfering a play off of that? Quote:

WOW! I had a GAL as an adolescent whom I still maintain contact with to this day. She was wonderful to me (unfortunately I didn't realize how much she supported me as a child) This is absolutely heartbreaking. I guess no one is immune from the selfish, greedy aspects of our society. I am in utter shock - I honestly believed GAL were mostly voluntary and at most received a minimal stipend - very sad and shocking!
