So, a friend told me today that caffine (i.e. Coke/Pepsi/Soda) affects the effectiveness of antipsychotics. My pdoc never told me this, so I never worried about it. After hearing this from my friend I was curious, so I googled "risperidone and Coke" meaning the drink and got a lot of cocaine sites in return. It just made me laugh that google automatically thought Coke was cocaine. Guess I should be more careful what I search for.

Well. First of all. Caffeine effects just about everything when you stop and think about it.
Haha, hell, I can barely function normal on the stuff by itself. I can only imagine what excessive amounts could do to certain drugs. And yeah. Go figures that the crack version of coke would be a more popular search. Guess you have to type 'Coca Cola' these day. ;] |

Have you ever seen Sports Show with Norm McDonald on Comedy Central? He does this segment called "Oh, Google" in which he types certain things in and shows you what Google WANTS to tell you. Like he did WNBA high scoring and it did NBA high scoring. He did that for a few different women's stats in basketball and it kept going back to NBA. But the cool thing.....the very next day Google went through and took out all sexist searches!
Sometimes I just type in a word to see what it says. Once I typed in "why can't I...." and it showed me "why can't I buy a Canadian" HAHAHA |
