just reading about it, any thoughts? my research says its just a weak space heater that cost WAY too much, yet they claim its magical and saves money.

Yup! "To convert BTU output to watts you multiply the BTU figure by 0.2931, and in the case of 5,119 BTU you get 1,500.39 watts."

There are fan heaters at 1.5 kw doing the same job for much cheaper.

i guess the amish need to go shopping and see what has already been done.
