I think there is something wrong with me. As this weekend has been sunshine and nice weather and all I have done is spent the whole of it in my pj's and watched films. I have not socialised with anyone and I haven't even been outside to enjoy the weather as I have not seen the point in going out as it all sucks so much.

If you're a film buff, you might consider going out to the movies. That way, you can do what you like and get out too. Are you afraid to leave your home? If so, why?

Hello, lonely and scared. Recent research indicates five minutes outside may boost your mood. Can you do five minutes?

I'm not afraid of going outside, I just don't want to really as I do not feel like there is any point in going out as I will not make any difference to the world and what is happening during the day.
