i havent had enough sleep in about a month because of school and stuff going on in the weekend which sucks.but whats even worse is now im sick and my holidays start tomorw.
who else here is sick? and maybe knows something that will help it?

Hi fishboi - I'm not sick but I bet if you could get a couple good nights of sleep you might feel better and it would help you recover from the illness. Until you can sleep, I always think Zinc and Echinacea help to speed the illness recovery and drink some hot tea (herbal).

Managed to finaly get a good nights sleep and managed to get to sleep before midnight, at 9.30pm thanks to my dads remedy,a shot of whiskey, 3 vitamin c tablets and a good nights sleep,i think the whiskey helped me get to sleep earlier and i feel alot beter but still abit tired but oh well
