hello all i hopee your feeling well today .. i have a question ..is ir just me or does anyone else be left with the feeling of what just happened to me , or what is going on after anxiety passes .. tends to have me looking for the next bout of terror .. hmm .hope someone out there can enlighten me .. anyway ..be safe happy and well

Welcome to the Community, jubjub. I do no think you are alone in being concerned about a bad experience happening again. Have you talked to a professional about this?

it sounds like you are talking about panic attacks. it is very common, their very nature, to be concerned about when is the next one going to hit. it is actually part of the diagnosis. so dont feel like you are alone in this or abnormal in any way.
