I want to get a tattoo in memory of my dad but I am not sure what to get.
He was into country and western, history and books.
Any suggestions?

what's the first thing that pops into your head that reminds you of your dad? or whats the earliest memory you have of or with him

i know a lot of people get portraits. i didn't. i got an angle fish. one of my earliest memories are of us being at a fish store. my mom had a love for the ocean like none other, and i have a love for animals (most my tats are of birds or fish) so my decision was actually really simple which is hard for me to say about some of the others. people tend to incorporate the "wings" in the tattoo to make it a memorial tat but you dont have to do that. i didn't. it's just between me and my mom who the tat is for and i can think of her whenever i look down at my collection.

you know if you have an artist its always good to run idea by themand see what they come up with
Thanks for this!
