Is it okay to not say much in the forums? When someone posts on my thread, I might not say much because I am not sure what to post. I feel kinda paranoid that people expect me to talk. Also when I'm speaking to people via messages on profiles. I might not say much. I am only worried because people might think I'm not talkative or they expect me to say so much.

Hey HappyCheeks,

You are your own person. It is your choice what you write in your posts. There is no set agenda for what you have to write. I know I personally will answer posts with a lot but that's me. There are loads of people on here who are not "big" on writing much. Don't worry about it ok!!
Thanks for this!

Yup, it's fine. You worry so much about pleasing others. Please yourself first, dear one. Write when you want, how much you want, don't worry whether that is ok. It is ok to be you. You don't have to be someone else.

And we all have our problems. It makes no sense to have any expectations of others.
Thanks for this!

Some days I have things to contribute and some days nothing. I feel bad when I see threads with people needing help on the days I cannot help but we are all just human

I agree with the other great posts - you're doing great so far therefore you can relax and be yourself here.

Welcome to Resolve! And to happycheeks - I know I spend 90% of my time here reading and only 10% actually saying something. Many times I see that someone else has written almost exactly what I would say - so instead of writing myself, I just hit the "thank you for this" button.
