Tonight I will go out. There is a concert of early / baroque music at 7 PM. Yes, it's eclectic but it's one of the few things I seem to enjoy lately.

LOL IT STILL BUGS ME that over 20 years ago the guy who sat next to me asked for my help, I started working on it, then I said, wait a minute, didn't I help you with this exact same problem LAST MONTH? I couldn't believe that I remembered and he didn't! He had the solution I gave him last month in his files online. I was so annoyed - why did this idiot have a permanent job and I was only temporary? Today I WILL get that quantum physics paper done. Ugh.
Today I will make more effort with my appearance.
Today will not be like every saying the past few weeks, I will not let depression run my life!
phew, actually, the thought of wallowing in my bed all day seems like a pretty good idea....

Oh Hankser I so agree- I rather try to do stuff and me me with things than to be an idiot

I will continue to be me and do what I do with how I learn and work and not change that--- I don't think that is an option with me.

today- As I have done and will continue- Just worry about myself at work as I am constantly told as my therapist tells me- I know that may sound selfish but it does have the perks of not caring what the other yaaaahooos are doing and what they are missing, and that some of them really have no clue

I am not the power figure here that does nothing- I am just messily ant that does the work needed

Today, I will rest after a long day of a doc's appointment at 9 am, then groceries, then a cooked lunch for my two sons before they went to work, then a stop at the employment office to change my work status, another stop at the physio place to get an exercise band, and finally home.
