Work hard at not obsessing. Any tips or tricks to stop accept the ocd like I was told to and just go with the flow. Mind throws in things I have to do in 8’s and taunts me with nonsense and thsys one that’s two do it now. I can’t keep up with it. Any help appreciated! Thank you!
