Insight - that moment that comes to you is what this thread is all about.

Please post one of your or or or moments so the rest of the PC world can also have insight and an attitude adjustment in how crappy their day is...

A few days ago while walking my dog Jack, not really wanting to be out pounding the pavement with him before I even got my first cup of coffee, and then having to pick up his poo, getting a whiffffff of it - I decided to give myself an attitude adjustment.

"How wonderful my dog loves me enough to give a crap"!

Some problems just need to be reframed.

"How wonderful, my dog is so giving, he makes presents for me twice a day".
Thanks for this!

Whenever I think I'm trapped with a man who misrepresented himself to me, manipulated me for my money until i was broke, I recall the hurricane victims have no place to stay.. i at least have shelter from the wind and rain..
Thanks for this!

My dog certainly is for me. When he comes up to me licking my hand as it lays out across the couch while I'm sleeping...I weigh the pros and cons of having a dog that has to wake me up. Then my heart starts to skip a beat when I try to imagine how lonely my house is without him.

Pros Cons
