My great-grandmother and grandmother used to use an Avon lotion that came in a teal green tube/bottle. I used it myself in the early 80s, but for the life of me I cannot remember what it was called. Every older woman I knew had this scent. It is discontinued now, but I would like to know what it was called.

The old bottles were teal or teal and white. The newer ones come in two or three other scents/colors now.

**I'm no expert - I'm just thinking...

I don't know the answer but I hope you find out the name. Did you like it or just frustrated over not remembering the name?

Here's a link of some discontinued scents and maybe the name will ring a bell.

I googled, tried using "vintage" "discontinued" etc. No luck.

It was a set of products: lotion, night cream, powder I believe. I do not believe that this sent was ever a perfume.

PS - the product I remember was in a plastic tube, never glass.

I know this is an old post, but I think I know what you are talking about. Do a Google image search on Avon's Vita Moist or Rich Moisture lotions and see if you recognize the bottles. I did one on: vintage "rich moisture" avon and got the teal bottle, and old "vita moist" avon. Both have a unique scent that stays in your memory.

I am constantly looking for a kid's conversation heart necklace they had, so I understand the obsession. That's how I found your post.
Thanks for this!
