Heyy! I'm in quite a tough situation.

I'm doing a two year plumbing course at College with my friend. We've known each other ever since we were babies. However, there's a time in everyone's life where you have to do something tough.. Mine is leaving my area. I'm going to live with my girlfriend in about a year or so. However, he's trying everything he can to persuade me to stay. He's the tough sort who will never admit that he's sad or down..

Any suggestions?

If he is a true m8t he will allow you to move on with your life but still remain a friend.2 hours is not that far away really.I have a really close friend who lives 3hours away we still are close and keep in contact regularly.Good luck

Move forward with what feels right to you. You can move with said gf and if things dont work out, you can always go back "home" after getting your degree. And phones work both ways right? you will be ok. I have a friend who lives across the country and we keep in touch alot and are still close.

Yeah. I guess so. Just hard because I've had to move 3 times in my life. And I've never seen a fair majority of them.. Hopefully by that time, he might decide to do something too..
