It seems everywhere I go these days in Ireland people around my age (18,19,20+) seem to want nothing more than to leave. I get that people want to leave their small home town to get a job, especially if you have a college degree etc. But most people I know are under the opinion of "getting out of this hellhole/craphole" and other words I won't mention lol.
So I want to know are other people desperately trying to get away from home and leave it all behind or do you want to stay. OR do you have to leave but are sad that you have to?
I know that when I'm done college I'll have to leave my home town because I won't be able to get the work I want, but I'm not happy about it.
So do you guys have "Pride of Place"?
