I have always been a cowward in getting them done again as the first time I was only just 8 years old Mind you I did get my eyebrow pierced back in May and that was painful.

That's nice Buttercup. I had mine done the wrong way as a child and had trouble with them getting infected over the years until I got tired of it...... I let the hole grow over. I also couldn't tolerate anything but real gold. I had them redone and they're fine now but I never let them be without earrings to avoid them growing over and getting all irritated.

haha I've done that before too! I got my cartilage pierced one day randomly when I was 18. Before that, I had three piercings in each ear lobe. So now I have total 7!

That's awesome! I'm lucky enough to be able to tolerate even the crappiest metal in my earrings, so I've had mine pierced a few times. Some I've kept, others I've taken out or gotten re-pierced.

So far all the piercings I've had are:

Left earlobe x4, re-pierced once
Left ear cartilage, re-pierced twice
Left tragus, re-pierced once
Right industrial
right earlobe x3, re-pierced once
nostril

I've abandoned all except for my tragus, industrial, and two earlobe piercings. I plan on getting my 3rds and possibly 4th earlobe again, as well as my nostril. The only reason I abandoned this one was because of work. I had it for almost 3 years and miss it dearly.

Sounds like a lot, doesn't it?
