When I was little, I wanted to be a doctor. Now I still want to be a doctor, specifically a psychiatrist.

A singer, an astronaut, a military pilot, a fire(wo)man... But I'm nearly 28 and since those aren't happening, I want to be an heiress.

I wanted to be a lawyer. After my experience with gambling and having friends die of overdoses though I've changed it to going back to college for my chemical dependency counselor degree. I figure it would be a good way to bring some good out of all the bad.

I wanted to be a humanitarian or scientist. Then that changed into wanting to own and operate my own Inn. Hasn't happened yet. I did graduate from hotel and hospitality management. I picked out the perfect site. I walk by it all the time, imagine and dream. I even took a few pictures and photo shopped me and my sister putting up an open sign on the old building. Wow I know that sounds childish, but if I can't dream then I can't go on.
I haven't given up all hope, maybe one day I will have my dream. Tho I might be very very old by then. Funny I never dreamed or thought I would be on disability when I grow up. |

Well, I believe we can ALL acheive a version of our dreams and hopes...
I wanted to be an Olympic Gymnast but sadly I am too old for that now. ![]() However, I can have a version of that dream! I can become a gymnastics instructor/coach and train young guys and girls to become great gymnasts. I know there is a way for us ALL to have our dreams become reality!! Time to do some brainstorming. ![]() |
