Last night I went with my friend Carol to a Christmas concert which was a fundraiser for the Out of the Cold program, which provides food and shelter to the homeless over the winter.
It featured Judy Loman, who is one of the best harpists in the world, playing Benjamin Britten's Ceremony of the Carols, fallowed by the choir singing Christmas hymns. It was amazing. Then when I drove Carol home, we drove along a street that passes by a huge park, and the park had all kinds of Christmas lights up that were amazing. It's helping me start get into a holiday mood. splitimage |

Sounds festive. Glad you had a good time. (I'm still reeling from my Josh Groban concert)
