Maybe it is because I had Cheerios for breakfast, but I am looking forward to the New Year and creating some healthier habits. I'm going to start cooking more so I can control the sodium level of my meals better and there is a nice new track near my place that I plan to jog around and around and around...well maybe just around and around. Will you join me in healthier habits for the new year? Suggestions welcome. :group hug:
