ok right now i wont indulge too much of the story due to the opinions i want is how would take this if you read some thing like this at work:
* Did relief with Beauflow
(People should respect their animals, and train them. Not expect animals to be robots and people should be kind to their animals)
* Then other notes are of the day's events

I will indulge on this: We have logs at work that we have to write every day, the are to be about what we did, what happened, what is going on and so forth-; that everyone on the team is to read... it is to be work related things and the last log had that with a note similar below my name......

If you were another co-worker or manager and read this; what would you think?

thanks!

I would think that the writer was a hostile goof-off who liked to spend his time goofing around (and maybe harrassing my best worker?) instead of following rules and getting the job done. Who, if he is so interested in being a creative writer, he can go home and write his novel, and let someone else who wants a job work there instead.
Thanks for this!

Really only Hankster..

thanks Hankster btw

SO I was just wondering what others at work would be seeing, due to they don't know the whole story as like I just posted in the thread.

- I do know the story, for I talked to this relief and know where all this stuff is coming from-- but the way he presented this all, is what bothers me--I look at it as if I was not knowing anything and a few things come to mind so i just wanted some opinions. (like why is this right beneath Beauflow's name, does she mistreat animals? and also- wow mr. writer is on a role today).. I tired to think nothing of it but as i sat at home trying to occupy myself I could not.

Well since Hankster was the only to reply here is the full story:
This relief and I talk about dogs often-- he is so into himself about dogs, like he is the dog god, (but please remember he has 2 stories that I wont share that 1 really does skim the line of neglect but anyways-- dog guru)

Well the whole thing is that someone offered me a dog that is like a Husky. and I was telling this relief that I was in no way going to take in this dog- I can only have 2 animals and I have my dog and cat. and there is a big problem with the Husky dog and I am still training my dog as best as I can.
These people that wanted to give me the husky, just have done a horrible job- the Husky dog is snarling, biting at the adults, and now snipping at the kids and close to biting them.... and with this dog is huge like almost 200 lbs.

I made the comment that if I had kids, I would be getting rid of the dog - no ifs, and, or, buts; and sorry I would not care if the shelter I was giving it to would be a "no kill shelter" or not and just would hope someone would adopt the dog; but that I do know where a "no kill shelter" is and told these people of this shelter that would probably take the Husky in. And I offered information of a Husky rescue to them but they already tried that and the Rescue does not want the dog due to the issues, and if they found an adoptive family the original owners would have to foster the dog.

I guess by me making the comment about a human life (hypothetical child) and a dogs life, I am a horrible person, right?

I don't plan on having kids, but I do care about kids not getting mauled.

that is just it... I think this guy only hears parts of what people say, and then runs with it.. last time talking to him about dogs, tell ya that!

What a jerk! Sorry I didn't answer you I did not quite understand the question. The guy sounds like a real piece of work! You are far from a horrible person. Let him take the dog and get bit a few times then see his response.
Thanks for this!

Gma45 It is ok--- I can be confusing when I write some times, (it happens) and I can be confusing.

Ya know after thinking about this for a little bit-- It is probably best that not many replied on it... I should not really worry about weather or not others read it and what they thought--- I do know who I am and I do know what I do and I try my best at what I can....

But yeah.... I keep saying to stop talking to this guy-- but he some times comes in 20 minutes early or at the least 10 minutes early and basically wants to talk all the time-- He is hard to get work done at the end of things pop up (which do at times at my work place)... IF I go to the rest room like 5 minutes before my shift up he puts things down as like I am not even there--- I keep inquiring to him why he comes early and get told--- It is just my good routine-- I have told the Lead I am about to tell the supervisor that I find it agitating and that he is not coming in to do work.... But IDK... IIDK what to do with him. (I find him some days antagonizing especially if I am leading towards the manic side) .... I get told to just simmer down with the dude, try my best. and I am not the only one that see his "well built traits" Try my best.

I don't know if I am laughing with me or at me, but I found this hilarious! Thanks, beauflow! And you're welcome. And you are absolutely right, the work itself is the easy part of the job - that's why managers get paid more for dealing with people - we're the hard, awful part of working. Oh - and i've been trying to think of the word since you first posted, it finally came to me - DIvulge. REALLY too many twinkies here! Hang on, as you calm down and work thru your stuff, I think they will recognize your increasing "maturity" and reward it.
Thanks for this!

No laughing at self, Hankster-- always laugh with (I have issues with that too; but always feels better to laugh with oneself than at right?)
Lol- Divulge info you mean? Sigh.... some times that is hard, and other times that is like not problem with me lol

Thanks btw, yeah; I think as time has went on my supervisor has seen me struggle with things- she does not know my official dx, but she has seen plenty of mood swings, irate converstations with me, and storming out at times.... And rants.. I have gotten better with it all-- excusing myself before storming out and sayin F this place... and all....
But sadly this place of work is going down, the professionals are even getting sloppy --- just the company I think is going down hill continually.

Mikita- lol I am sorry as I told Gma45 I can be quiet confusing.

My whole aim was to maybe get unbiased opinions. .. that is why i did not indulge on more information till later; and after all I was not in a happy settled down state when writting, i was confused why he put that there like that--- and then kept wondering about what others would read into it.

Any who--- I have learned to be more, whatever and know myself even from simply this little thing-- It is like a reminder in ways and I amnot sure if many or any can understand what I mean there

Thank you all it has made me smile.
