My life has definitely had it's ups and downs like many others.
Recently it has just started to look up again and i'm very excited.
I can thank my improvement to my school's theatre. It always makes sure I'm busy and never gives me time to slip into bad habits.
My school is doing the musical, Hairspray.
I'm so excited. I'm not an actor. I do the behind the scenes stuff. But I love it. I love working with the tools and learning and teaching and I love not getting credit for it.
I'm so exciteeeeeeeeeeeeedddddddd.

I don't have anyone to tell this to but if you love theatre (acting, teching, watching, whatever) then feel free to drop me a line :] If you're in Arizona I'll message you dates and times when I know them.

I was in the musical, "guys and dolls" in high school. The songs were fun to sing. I didn't have a major part, but I enjoyed the comraderie and the music.

One time I was Stubby Kaye for Halloween. I dressed all in black, and whenever anybody asked me what my costume was, I stuck out one arm and leg to form a K, and so, since i'm kinda short and stubby myself, I just said, "Stubby 'K'! - It's more of a concept costume." Oh! I just got the joke myself - I was creating these "concept" costumes when I was contracting at an AUTO company - like when they have their "concept cars" at the auto show? Anyway, one guy had no idea who Stubby Kaye was, and kept calling me Scooby Doo! I was "an extra" in "Bye Bye Birdie". Singing is physically very good for depression.

That's awesome, and volunteering in extra curricular stuff always looks good on college apps if you're in HS or on your resume if you're in college looking for work. I was super involved with extra curricular activities in both high school and university, primarily debating, and I loved it. I also got my first real job out of university strictly because of all the extra curricular activities I had done.
