Hugs Viviana

We are in the same club (Its got a worldwide membership, the only exclusive club most dont want to be members of)

Wouldnt dream of advising you but can only offer what I found helpful you might like to try?

We need to see the positives (even little ones every day) that is our motiavation for the next day. We need to be kind to ourselves in little ways daily. We need not to be overwhelmed by the tasks of family life down usually by two parents now showered down on one.

Try this and I dont mean to be either trite or patrionizing.

Keep track of the positive by finding, remembering and writing down daily 5 things (some days its one if we are lucky) we are positive, greatful or happy about Trust me that will help with the fog of downheartness and sometimes helplessness we can feel If we are somewhat positive it helps the situation

Find 5 or 10 mins in the 24hrs that is yours for a treat. A cup of coffee, listen to a music track Short bursts of me time will help with the loads of tasks we have to do

Take the help you may be offered with your small ones that you trust. Take all the advice every gives you asked for and unasked.....then... discard what your inner voice refuses. People mean well but since they are nt dancing the dance of life in your shoes they may not give the advice you need,

If anyone is judging you and you know you are doing your best smile and walk away do not give them headspace

Your not alone in this, just temporarily for the moment ur overwhelmed. Its true it will pass how you feel right now Hugs you can pm me if it helps

Thinking about you, sending you hugs, you will get through this

Is this a fear of danger, or a fear that you won't be able to raise your children on your own?
