AH-ahhahahaYoooooooodelAhhahahahaaaaaaaaaaa! Now I feel a little better. I was singing to my cat earlier and he was looking at me so strangely. Either he enjoyed it, or he liked the smell of buffalo chicken wings on my breath. Or maybe both. I am an awesome singer.

Thanks for this!

Hehe, I sing to my dogs all the time and they give me those looks as well. Glad you are feeling a bit better

I'd love to know what they are thinking. I hum more than I sing but when I sing, which I know is terrible but I still like to do it when no one else is around, the one dog gets really excited and crazy. I don't believe it is necessarily play, but could very well be to say, "Make it stop! It's driving me nuts." My poor, captured audience is abused. So I try to stick with humming, then I have their undivided, calm attention.

When I had a dog sometimes he would howl when I sang certain notes.

I actually had a dog that did that - but it was while I was still playing trumpet. He would howl a lot of the time I started playing... didn't give me much confidence in my abilities if even the dog couldn't stand it.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one in a good mood

I am always daydreaming about having an amazing voice and being the center of attention when I am rocking out to my ipod.

Yes you are....and with such an ability to connect directly with your audience,

Ya know, he could have been all up in your face saying "Do I look like JANE to you?" Unless that's really his name. In that case, he could have been saying "I'm right here......WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!"

I'm glad you feel better.

Your dog was probably trying to accompany you!
