In an RSAnimate, renowned psychiatrist and writer Iain McGilchrist explains how our 'divided brain' has profoundly altered human behaviour, culture and society. For those of us a bit senior, we find out what we were taught has proved unreliable. By the way, empathy makes an appearance too.

Thanks for this!

Wow di meliora, that is so interesting. Yes, I can see what is being said, and I have felt it, even complained about it passionately, however having it explained this way is validating what many of us are feeling and often speak under our breath.

Thank you, very interesting and very well explained.
