evening all. hope the bank holiday has treated you well.

having suffered greatly and for many years with stuff that i had no idea about and which deeply scared my life, i am not lying to you when i say that there is a way out and into the light.

my anxiety, personality disorder (and whatever else) closed my life down to almost nothing. the way out doesnt seem easy sometimes but it is possible. these are the first beginnings of a new life. to see where i am and then to be willing to see a way out and to strive for it. i have found that this cannot be done alone. but it can be done.

time is irrelevant and causes problems thinking about it. when will i change/when will it happen etc. 'it' happens when i can allow it-see it-am ready for it. i am as i am and its not a race.

i have known great happiness and freedom in these last few years. freedom that i would never have known had i carried on the way that i was going.

i hope that some of you can take heart from these few words. onward!
